All Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) services include a free-to-use Gigabit Wi-Fi router provided by Swift Fibre (Pty) Ltd.
Please note that this router remains the property of Swift Fibre and must be returned upon cancellation or termination of your service.
A Delivery & Setup Fee of R250.00 applies to Openserve-based connections.
Targeted Lead Times for Service Providers
he following are estimated installation and activation timeframes per last-mile provider. These timeframes are indicative only — Swift Fibre cannot guarantee activation within the stated periods, as timelines are subject to the last-mile provider’s scheduling and network availability:
Openserve: 2-15 Working Days
Swift Fibre: 2-5 Working Days
Swift Fibre will liaise with all service providers to expedite activations wherever possible; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, infrastructure availability, or access constraints).ol.
Activation Fees
SwiftFibre
Month-to-Month Contract: R 500.00 Activation Fee
12-Month Contract:No once-off activation fee (an early-termination fee applies if the contract is cancelled before completion of the term)
Openserve
Activation fees are included under all 12-Month Contract options.
Line Migration fees are charged at R500.00.
Line Regrade Fees are charged at R175.00.
Cancellation
One (1) calendar month’s written notice is required for all cancellations.
