Welcome! Your address is part of our planned fibre optic deployment. We are currently in the building stage and will notify you once the fibre becomes active so that our teams can validate and install your fibre connection to your premises.

Kindly note that this is a pre-order application, and the contract will only become binding once our services have been provisioned and activated.

    Installation Terms & Conditions:

    1. Contract Length: 24 Months

    2. Installation/Activation Fee: R3,499.00

    *Option to Pay off activation fee over the duration of the contract

    3.Router: Free-to-Use wireless router provided by WTTX Communications

    *Router remains the property of WTTX Communications (PTY) Ltd

    4. Installation Lead Time: 2-15 Working Days *From date of area activation

    5. Included Installation: 75 meters of Aerial fibre installation

    *Additional fibre cable installation cost R40.00 per meter

    *Trenching is excluded from installation and is for the clients account.

    6.Billing:

    *Services billed in advance, with pro-rata rates apply

    *All invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date
