    1. These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use and/or purchase of any of Swift Fibre (PTY) Ltd (Registration Number: 2021/608749/07) (“the Provider”) services and/or products (“Swift Fibre Products and Services”).
    2. By accessing, utilizing, subscribing for and/or acquiring any Swift Fibre Products and Services, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    3. The content of these Terms and Conditions is proprietary to the Provider. As such, the User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained in these Terms and Conditions and/or the website and accompanying uniform resource locator (“URL”) on which they are located for any purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Provider.
