Check the power
Make sure your router and fibre box (ONT) or wireless antenna are switched on and their lights are on.

Restart your router
Switch it off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, then switch it on again and give it a few minutes.

Test with a different phone or laptop, or a network cable, to rule out a Wi-Fi problem.
